She was a member of First United Methodist Church. They were married Septemhe predeceased her July 7, 2004. She had been employed by Seitner's where she met Royce Ward. She was a graduate of Saginaw High School Class of 1949. Joann was born Septemin Saginaw, the daughter of the late A.
